Cardan Shafts
SWC-DH Short Telescopic Welded Cardan Shaft
SWC-DH Short Telescopic Welded Cardan Shaft with model-specific technical data, engineering context and assembly drawing for preliminary selection.
Product Overview
SWC-DH is the short telescopic welded cardan shaft. It combines a compact installed length with the SWC table fields for swing diameter, rated torque, fatigue torque, operating angle and telescopic movement. The short body does not remove the need to confirm flange or welded-end geometry and guard clearance from the drawing. The published model tables contain 15 size rows and provide torque values spanning 12.5–250 N·m, operating-angle values spanning 15–25 °. Use those values for preliminary comparison only; final materials, current standards, manufacturing details and operating suitability require confirmation from RONGXING DRIVE.
Key Features
- Short telescopic welded cardan-shaft configuration
- Torque and fatigue values are presented by size
- Compact length with model-specific swing diameter
- The model data provides torque values spanning 12.5–250 N·m, operating-angle values spanning 15–25 ° for a traceable preliminary comparison.
Typical Selection Context
- Compact angled drive lines in metallurgy and process machinery
- Equipment where a short telescopic shaft is easier to package

Engineering Context
This model is best understood from its own construction: Short telescopic welded cardan-shaft configuration; Torque and fatigue values are presented by size; Compact length with model-specific swing diameter Industry selection practice checks torque and speed together with the movement, shaft interface, installation envelope and maintenance conditions allowed by that construction.
Technical Notes
- Model symbols, units and empty or placeholder cells are shown as published.
- Dimension letters must be interpreted with the relevant assembly drawing.
- Published values support preliminary review and do not replace final engineering confirmation.
Assembly Drawing

Information Required for Selection
- Provide minimum length, travel, angle and end-connection dimensions
- Check rated/fatigue torque and swing diameter against the duty cycle
- Send the exact model row, assembly drawing and actual duty data with the inquiry.
Product FAQ
What distinguishes DH from a long telescopic shaft?
DH is intended for a shorter installation envelope; the selected row still controls torque, angle and travel.
Is welded construction a substitute for phasing information?
No. Phasing and connection details must be confirmed for the complete driveline.
Are the published values final ordering values?
No. They are preliminary engineering data; confirm the selected model, drawing, dimensions, materials, standard and suitability with RONGXING DRIVE.
Technical data is provided for preliminary selection. Confirm the final model, dimensions, materials, applicable standard and operating suitability with RONGXING DRIVE before quotation, manufacture or installation.
