Flexible Couplings
MLL Jaw Coupling with Brake Drum
MLL Jaw Coupling with Brake Drum with model-specific technical data, engineering context and assembly drawing for preliminary selection.
Product Overview
MLL is the brake-drum version of the ML jaw coupling. Its table retains jaw bore and E-series data but adds drum diameter, B and C dimensions, so the rotating elastomeric element and brake hardware must be packaged together. Confirm braking torque, drum clearance and the correct spider arrangement before selecting a size. The published model tables contain 30 size rows and provide torque values spanning 250–12500 N·m, permissible-speed values spanning 950–4750 r/min, bore values spanning 25–140 mm. Use those values for preliminary comparison only; final materials, current standards, manufacturing details and operating suitability require confirmation from RONGXING DRIVE.
Key Features
- Jaw coupling with brake-drum interface
- E/E1 and drum dimensions by model
- Mass and clearance support brake and coupling review
- The model data provides torque values spanning 250–12500 N·m, permissible-speed values spanning 950–4750 r/min, bore values spanning 25–140 mm for a traceable preliminary comparison.
Typical Selection Context
- Compact hoists and conveyors with a brake-drum connection
- Motor-to-gearbox drives where a jaw element and stopping function share an envelope

Engineering Context
This model is best understood from its own construction: Jaw coupling with brake-drum interface; E/E1 and drum dimensions by model; Mass and clearance support brake and coupling review Industry selection practice checks torque and speed together with the movement, shaft interface, installation envelope and maintenance conditions allowed by that construction.
Technical Notes
- Model symbols, units and empty or placeholder cells are shown as published.
- Dimension letters must be interpreted with the relevant assembly drawing.
- Published values support preliminary review and do not replace final engineering confirmation.
